At Creatio, we believe everyone should have equal access to our platforms, regardless of ability. We are dedicated to making our Learner Portal, CreatioGreen, corporate website, and internal tools accessible to everyone.

Our commitment

We are actively working to ensure our platforms meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, in line with the European Accessibility Act.

We are committed to embedding accessibility into every stage of our development process.

What we're doing

We are preparing a VPAT for each platform. The Learner Portal VPAT will be published after accessibility updates are complete, followed by VPATs for CreatioGreen and our corporate website. These documents will provide detailed information about our accessibility features and any remaining limitations.

Creatio's VPAT

While we are making active improvements, you may notice:

  • Some interactive elements may not be fully keyboard accessible yet
  • Certain colour contrasts may not meet guidelines
  • Some form fields may not be fully labeled for screen readers
  • Some pages may not display optimally on all screen sizes or devices (responsive issues)

We are actively working to address these issues and welcome your feedback.

Known Accessibility Issues

If you encounter any accessibility barriers or need information in a different format, please contact us at accessibility@creatio.com. We aim to respond within 10 business days.

Feedback and support

We have successfully completed a comprehensive refactoring of the Learner Portal, ensuring full accessibility compliance. We are now undertaking similar accessibility improvements for creatiogreen, followed by updates to our corporate website.

To ensure sustained accessibility compliance, we are developing detailed internal documentation and best practice guidelines for our development teams. This documentation will provide clear accessibility standards, practical coding examples, and testing protocols, enabling our developers to integrate accessibility principles seamlessly into all future projects.

Our accessibility improvements are validated through a combination of automated tools, manual testing, and real-world evaluations using assistive technologies such as screen readers and keyboard navigation.

Additionally, we are collaborating with independent accessibility experts to review and certify our progress.

Continuous improvement

We regularly review and update our platforms and this statement as we make progress.
